* Returns without a “Return Authorization Number” will not be issued a refund/exchange.
* All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Opened or used products will not be refunded.
* Customers have the right to return the product up to 14 days of the receiving date.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We work with only the best and most secure shipping and mail carriers such as: Dhl, FedEx, US Post Office, Emirates Airlines, Iberia and many others. Shipping charges cannot be refunded!
All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer.
If the carrier cannot deliver your order after attempting to do so, the package is delivered back to us or destroyed by the shipping company. If you choose to have you package shipped to you again, shipping charges will be re-applied, if and when we receive it. Please make it sure you give your complete and correct address in English. We simply copy and paste your address as you give it to us!
If your original purchase qualifies for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be responsible to pay for any shipping handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.
